Cancellations
Due to any emergencies if you are planning to cancel a confirmed booking you made with us then you will have to contact us as soon as possible. There are certain procedures that you need to follow in case of cancellation.
You will have to send us a written application stating your cause and desire with your booking. Like if you want to shift the booking or cancel it. We ensure to help you in any way we can. Once we receive your written application it will take us maximum 48 hours to respond to your request. The further information will be provided to you by your email you have registered with us. In case your cancellation has been made before 7 days of your arrival then you shall be charged for the taxes the Hotel have incurred and if its less than 7 days then you shall be charged for the whole payment. In this case we can’t refund your money.
