Delivery Process

Wojooh delivers in the United Arab Emirates and it estimates that your order is likely to be delivered within two to five (2-5) days from the day you get your order confirmation email. For all orders of AED549 and above, if you prefer to pay by credit/debit card or pay with your Wojooh Beauty Rewards Points, delivery will be free of charge; cash on delivery, the delivery fee will be AED15. For all other orders below AED549, if you prefer to pay by credit/debit card or with your Wojooh Beauty Rewards Points delivery fee will be AED20; cash on delivery, delivery fee will be AED35. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the alternative to arrange for an optional delivery date or be given extra information about the collection of your order from the courier company. Orders may not be delivered to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the UAE. Orders are delivered Saturday to Thursday, not including Friday and public holidays.
